| White Lady | 3 | 18 | WHITE LADY: White lady rips off her blouse revealing her Legion costume. Calling out the the nearest Cops, "I'm from the Legion. We're here to help contain things." Matching actions to words, she pulls the heat from antoehr section of ground where people were jumping over barricades, making it nearly impossible for them to stand unless they're holding on to a barricade.

Violet Duchess attacks Black Eagle with Neural Blindness. She hits ECV 5, which is enough to affect him but he is not blinded, which would indicate that he has 5 or more points of Mental Defense. Nevertheless, the man obviously felt the attack and curses in a language that is unfamiliar to Violet Duchess. Then he launches himself into the air and flies due west.
Green Knight leaps over the next bus, landing not far from the downed supervisor. His words had an effect on the police and they stop shooting at him.
Iron Duke stabilizes himself and shouts for the police that he is from Legion and they should stop shooting. 3.5d6 PRE attack [rolled 16]. He continues to scan the crowd for trouble - PER roll, needs 14- [rolled 8]. The crowds on this side of the road have not yet started climbing over the barriers.
GM: Iron Duke also convinces the police that he is not a bad guy and they stop targeting him.
GM: As Iron Duke is scanning the crowd on this side of the road, two figures strike him as potential phony protesters. One is a dusky skinned man who, unlike much of the crowd around him, is not surging forward. The other is even more obvious as he is watching Iron Duke. His right hand is inside his coat and could be concealing a gun.
White Lady is not overly convincing in her attempt to get the policemen to believe she is on their side, and the policeman looks like he will shoot again. On phase 4, he does so, but misses. Fortunately his round does not hit anyone else in the crowd either.
White Lady covers another large section of the barriers with ice, making it extremely difficult for the protesters to climb them. Just after firing off the second Ice Sheet, she sees movement out of the corner of her eye. It registers over the larger movements of the crowd because it is coming from above. A man dressed entirely in black armor lands on the ground next to White Lady. "Dark Vengeance forbids this," the man says in a menacing voice.
Indigo Baron adjusts course to follow Black Eagle. He is clearly gaining on the villain.
Meanwhile, a few of the protesters on the east side of the road have climbed over the barriers and are attacking the police. Others are trying to get over but are hampered by the ice sheets.

Descriptions
Black Eagle wears a suit of black armor resembling rubber but much tougher, as well as a mask stylized to resemble the head of an eagle except that it is mostly black. What flesh can be seen is dark, indicating a black man.
Dark Vengeance wears black armor from head to toe. The mask completely covers his face so that not even his eyes are visible though the armor is such that he can apparently see and hear through the fabric. |
