WHITE LADY: White Lady attempts to run and an angle so as to be able to see the breach in the wall: perception 12 [rolled 6]. If she can't seal the breach, she will attack the alien running for the breach instead. First choice would be an ice sheet in a 4 inch radius around the alien, but only if a nice sheet would actually make things slick in this environment. Given the special effects and the environment I can see where that change environment might not work normally here… Plan C is to try to entangle the alien.

Alien 1 fires at Indigo Baron and the air sizzles around him. He takes 0 BODY and 13 STUN.
Alien 3 leaps 9" towards the opening in the side wall of the lodge.
Alien 4 fires at Iron Duke and the air sizzles around him. He takes 0 BODY and 0 STUN.

White Lady moves forward and to the right 4" to where she can make out the breach in the wall. Unfortunately, before she can seal the breach, one of the aliens leaps through it and out of her line of sight. Hoping that Iron Duke can go after the alien, she targets his opponent (alien 4 with an icy entangle). Even with the range modifier, she (barely) manages to snare the alien.

Phase 5, DEX 16
Alien 2 fires at Green Knight and the air sizzles around him. He takes 0 BODY and 0 STUN.

Phase 6, EGO 23
Violet Duchess launches an Ego Attack on Alien 4. He takes 8 STUN. Violet Duchess notes that the alien is wearing a helmet that negated part of her attack (Mental Defense - OIF Helmet).

Iron Duke does a 3" half move towards the breach in the wall hoping to entangle alien 3, who has already disappear through it.

GM: Make a PER roll at -4 to see if you can still see the alien. If you fail the roll then you can still see the alien if you want to invoke his Unluck. The aliens each of 2 points of Unluck, which I run a little different than indicated by the books. The Unluck can be invoked by the players to force a reroll or some other action that would be inherently unlucky. If you invoke it, then he will still have 1 point of Unluck remaining for this battle that can be invoked later.

IRON DUKE (TECH): PER = [rolled 8]-4. I'll burn the point of Unluck now if I fail the roll.

GM: Iron Duke made his PER roll and so the alien is in sight. He hits it with a telekinetic grab and hold (5 DEF, 5 BODY entangle)

Phase 6, Dex 17
Indigo Baron moves up on alien 1 (1" free move) and attacks. He hits with a solid blow for 14 STUN and 0 BODY. Indigo Baron notes that the alien seems to be very solidly built. Nevertheless, he knocks him back 2" for 0 damage.

GM: The alien needs a 13 or less to remain on his feet after being knocked back [rolled 17]

GM: I marked off 10 END from White Lady's pool and 1 END for her personal END (for running) and marked off 6 END for Indigo Baron's punch. Let me know if this sounds right. Also, if you know it, feel free to include END costs as part of your turn. Otherwise I can look it up.

GM: Go ahead and send actions for phase 8 (Green Knight, White Lady, Aliens) and 9 (Violet Duchess, Iron Duke and Indigo Baron).
