Iron Duke moves forward 3" (half move) but is unable to see the alien. He continues forward into the building. He finds himself in a kitchen. He sees the alien at a door on the far side of the kitchen about to go through.

GM: It takes more than a half move to get into position to see the alien. If Iron Duke wants to attack this phase, he must allocate full points (20) to flight leaving only 42 points left in his multipower. His two attack powers are ultra slots requiring 50 points so are unavailable. His normal telekinesis has a Full Round disad on it so it is not an option. His only option for an attack this round is a move through. As a reminder, with a Move Through attack, you do damage equal to STR + (velocity/3) which, for Iron Duke, would be a total of 7d6. If you do any knockback or knockdown, then half of this damage comes back to you (normal defenses apply so you would probably take nothing). If you do no knockback or knockdown, then FULL damage comes back to you. Let me know what you want to do. If you decide to do a Move Through, go ahead and send damage (7d6) and knockback rolls (kb2). I will use the attack roll you already made.

Iron Duke moves into the building and slams into the alien. The alien suffers 2 STUN and 0 BODY and doesn't budge. It is like hitting a brick wall. Iron Duke suffers 3 STUN and 0 BODY from the impact.

GM: Alien 3 is inside the building. I'm assuming you mean alien 4.

White Lady does a half move (4") forward and then throws another Entangle on alien 4.

GM: The entangles don't stack but the new attack brings the entangle up to a DEF 5, BODY 6 entangle.

Alien 1 hits Indigo Baron for 0 STUN and 0 BODY.
Alien 2 hits Green Knight for 22 STUN and 0 BODY (5x STUN multiplier)
Alien 3 hits Iron Duke for 11 STUN and 0 BODY
Alien 4 fails to break out of the icy entangle but does damage it.

WHITE LADY (GM): I'm aware that entangles don't stack, but I thought multiple entangles did accumulate slightly. Specifically that the body was the max body + 1 per additional entangle. So wouldn't adding a 6 body entangle to an existing entangle bring it up to 7? Obviously, with as quickly as the aliens are breaking entangles, we'd never get more than a +1 body from entangling entangled aliens. But either way, her goal was achieved :-)

GM: Multiple entangles do accumulate in that additional entangles, assuming they have the same DEF as the previous one, give the existing entangle a +1 BODY. So I could take the existing Entangle and add 1 to the BODY but that would not be as good as just using the new Entangle because it is better than the previous one (5 DEF, 4 BODY if I do +1 or 5 DEF, 6 BODY if I use the new one). Let me know if you understand the rules differently as they seem a little open to interpretation. Also, I am using 4th ed. as I don't have access to 5th ed. here at work.

GM: The aliens are actually doing a very poor job of breaking the entangles. I don't know that I have rolled well for any of them yet. With a pushed attempt to break an entangle, they should be doing 11 BODY each time and breaking the entangles in a single attempt but I have been rolling a bunch of 1's so they are averaging less than 1 BODY per die. The last 11d6 roll only did 8 BODY. That works out well for the group as the aliens are burning END at a rapid rate.

The alien stands his ground and is not sent flying by the attack (i.e., no KNB).

These aliens are clearly able to take a brusing as both Green Knight and Indigo Baron are pummeling them time and again and they are not going down. However, both feel that they are not invincible and can see that their hits are slowly taking a toll.

GM: I will apply REC to everyone's END and STUN. Violet Duchess, Green Knight and Iron Duke can go ahead and send their actions for Turn 2, Phase 3. Here's the roll to see if White Lady goes before the aliens.
