VIOLET DUCHESS (OOC): Indigo Baron, you really shouldn't stop to attack that terrorist and instead move at NCM rate to get to that room. If the terrorist in there has activated his bomb then you don't have long before all the hostages are toast in there. I'm sure Iron Duke can take on two terrorists at the same time.

GREEN KNIGHT: *I'm dealing with three of them here. Indigo Baron should be able to handle the two easily enough. It's more important to protect the hostages.*

INDIGO BARON: (IC) “Gotcha – good advice. Iron Duke, these two are all yours.”

GREEN KNIGHT: With the bomb about to go off, the Green Knight needs to move quickly.  He runs back into the room slamming the door shut behind him (Casual STR) and charges towards Terrorist 13, attacking when he arrives.

TECH: 32 pt MP, 25 points in Strength of the Bear, 6 points in Speed of the Wolf.  He pushes his Running 2" to get there in time to attack.

WHITE LADY: White lady realized that as close as this terrorist was to the hostages, a single layer of ice might not be enough. She again focused her hunger to pull heat from the air, this time to condense a wall between the terrorist and the hostages, something she had not had time to do across the hall.

WHITE LADY (tech): Entangle to form barrier, shielding the hostages but not herself. Target DCV 3 with OCV 8 DCV 6 [rolled 10], entangle is 1 hex tall, up to 5 hexes long, 5 def, [rolled 3 4 2 5 2 - Total: 16, Body: 5] body. Hopefully hostages get both the ice wall and the ice prison as defense from the explosion... Used 10 END from pool.

Green Knight hits Terrorist 13 hard for 0 BODY and 30 STUN and sends him flying backwards 10". The terrorist hits the far wall and suffers another 0 BODY and 15 STUN, before crashing through the wall and landing in a heap 2" further on. He is barely conscious.

DEX 20
Iron Duke hits terrorist 3 with a telekinetic punch for 0 BODY and 26 STUN and knocks him down but not back. The terrorist is still very conscious.

GM: For knockback rolls, use the format of kb2 instead of 2d6. That way it doesn't compute BODY.

White Lady forms an ice barrier between the hostages and the ice-encased homicide bomber.

DEX 17
Indigo Baron flies 12" towards the finals hostage location, using casual strenght to go through the two doors.

DEX 13
Violet Duchess runs 6" down the corridor. As soon as she rounds the corner, she sees 3 terrorists coming towards her. One is directly in front of her.

GM: The terrorist sees the fringe effect of the invisibility. Violet Duchess has move 6" so far and is at 1/2 DCV and 0 OCV due to the non-combat movement. She can attempt a DEX roll to avoid running into the terrorist. I revealed the terrorists that she can now see.

VIOLET DUCHESS: DEX roll 12- [rolled 14]

When she sees that she will not be able to avoid him, Violet Duchess instead puts her arm up to protect herself and runs right into the terrorist, who did not see her until the last minute and was thus unable to avoid the charge. She causes 0 BODY and 14 STUN to the terrorist, and 0 BODY and 0 STUN to herself. Additionally, she knocks the terrorist back 7" driving him through the wall for another 0 BODY and 14 STUN. The terrorist is down and barely conscious.

VIOLET DUCHESS: Violet Duchess felt like such a klutz running into the terrorist like that. She was even more surprised when she plowed him over. With two armed terrorists in the hunt for her, she knew it wasn't going to be easy. *4 more terrorists in south hallway. Need back-up asap.*

PHASE 4

DEX 18

Terrorist 2 fires a 3 round burst at Iron Duke. All rounds hit but only one penetrates his armor, causing 0 BODY and 19 STUN. Iron Duke has 10 STUN remaining.

Terrorist 3 first at Iron Duke hitting twice but neither round penetrates his armor.

Terrorist 4 comes around the corner to where Violet Duchess can see him.

Terrorist 7 comes around the corner to where Violet Duchess can see him.

Terrorist 8 moves towards Violet Duchess (though he does not look like he can see where she is yet).

Terrosit 9 begins a recovery.

Terrorist 10 moves towards Violet Duchess (though he does not look like he can see where she is yet).

Terrorist 13 begins a recovery.

DEX 13
Terrorist B's homicide bomb detonates. Terrorist B and terrorist 11 are killed instantly. Terrorist 11's body is slammed against the door of room 61. The body, together with the explosion, destroy the heavy door leading into room 61. This combines to reduce the deadliest part of the explosion. None of the hostages take any BODY though most of them take some STUN.

Terrorist C's homicide bomb detonates. The icy entangle is blasted out of existance along with the life of the terrorist. The entangle contained much of the blast. The ice wall that White Lady put up between the bomber and the hostages is also destroyed but succeeds in preventing an lethal damage from reaching the hostages. The blast, inside the confined space, stuns everyone. White LADY takes 0 BODY and 44 STUN from the blast and is knocked back against the wall of the restroom but takes no additional damage. White Lady saved the lives of the hostages but is currently at -19 STUN. Good job!

GM: Go ahead and send me your actions for Phase 5 and 6. Needless to say, everyone heard the two explosions. The one outside room 61 was loudest because it was not muffled by an entangle.
