| Green Knight | 5 | 20 | GREEN KNIGHT: According to the map, the wall in front of him separates himself from another cluster of hostages, if the SWAT team sensors were correct. The wall is a typical, heavy duty gothic wall and Green Knight fears that there might be hostages immediately on the other side. Not wanting to go all the way around, he decides to smash through the wall near the ceiling.
TECH: 32 Point MP - 25 points in Strength of the Bear and 2 points in Leap of the Deer (15" total momentum).
TECH: Move Through attack on the wall trying to hit in the center and carry through towards where he thinks he remembers the door being (INT roll to see if he remembers correctly, needs 12 or less, +1 for easy task = 13 or less [rolled 10].

| White Lady | 5 | 18 | WHITE LADY: Having hopefully immobilized one of the terrorist, it was time to move on. The ice on the terrorist wasn't as thick as she liked, but it would take time to thicken it. While White Lady didn't have much in the way of Combat training, she well practiced in making decisions quickly when needed. So even though the stakes were high (people's lives), she didn't freeze with indecision or waste time seeking perfection. This wasn't the only group threatened, there was more to do.
WHITE LADY: Looking behind her she saw another terrorist. Although he wasn't an immediate threat to any hostages, he needed to be neutralized as well. While she was tempted to just freeze him, that wasn't a serious consideration. Unlike the vermin in front of her, her aim was not to kill. So once again she raised her hand palm outward, and started pulling heat from the water in the air around him, condensing it into a thick strong layer of ice.

| Violet Duchess | 6 | 23/13 | VIOLET DUCHESS: *Thanks White Lady. Intel via iced target,* she replied discreetly over the comm link. This was Violet Duchess' way of letting her teammates know she would be probing his thoughts. Concentrating on the encased terrorist, she attempted to read his mind.

| Iron Duke | 6 | 20 | IRON DUKE: With previous ideas impractical, Iron Duke moves immediately to back up Indigo Baron. He'll take a half move to get line-of-sight on the terrorists. With Indigo Baron about to engage the shooter, Iron Duke will turn his attention to the terrorist with the bomb vest. He'll attempt to lock up the terrorist with an Entangle to prevent him from closing on the hostages, and to contain the effects of any explosion. (Entangle 5d6, 5 DEF)

Green Knight leaps into the air and crashes through the wall to room 61. His momentum carries him almost to the doorway where a homicide bomber is standing. The terrorist is looking out into the hallway to see what the commotion is about.
DEX 18
White Lady steps back out into the hallway, as she does so, she notes that the hostages beyond the frozen terrorist are handcuffed to a metal cable that is anchored into the wall. She worries that even with the muffling effect of the ice cage, the bomb could still hurt, or even kill them. However, she needs to take care of the terrorist behind her before she can think about that.
White Lady hits terrorist 5 with her icy blast, encasing him in ice.
PHASE 6

Violet Duchess focuses her powers on the terrorist to read his hidden thoughts. She learns that the whole attack is intended to be a "martyrdom" operation and all of the terrorists are expected to die. The terrorists eventually intended to kill all of the hostages in ways that will rivet the western media on the operation. Then they will detonate a massive bomb that will completely destroy the building and everyone in it. The terrorist hopes that it will also cause a lot of damage to lower Manhattan.
Violet Duchess also learns that the hostages have been separated into five different groups. This is all that she learns this phase.

Iron Duke does a half move to the door and encases the unconscious homicide bomber in a telekinetic. 5 DEF, 6 BODY hold. Iron Duke can only maintain four such TK holds at a time.
DEX 17
Indigo Baron moves up to terrorist 12 and attempts to hit him with a small but deadly fist. However, the terrorist easily avoids the blow.
DEX 13
Through the closed behind her, Violet Duchess hears a shout of "Allah Akbar". After the shout, nothing happens.
Meanwhile, the terrorist in front of Green Knight scurries past and rushes towards the hostages, who are handcuffed to a thick cable attached to the walls. As he gets near them, he shouts, "Allah Akbar" and triggers his explosive vest. He is shocked when nothing happens. When he turns, Green Knight can see a timer ticking down from 10.
